Harrisons Flag ship range  brings together everything they have learnt in the last 25 years and represents a major step forward in torsion control.

All rods twist on the cast, something that is emphasised even more with todays higher stand off rings. Rod twist doesn’t affect day to day fishing but in this age of long range fishing it certainly does have an effect.

The Aviator was originally available in two models but has proven to be so popular they have developed a full range.

The Aviator Plus and Aviator Flex were the original versions, the Plus being a 3lb 6oz test curve which is more powerful than the hugely popular 31/4lb Torrix, this is the rod of choice if you are regularly fishing ranges from 80-140yds. The Flex model is 3lb 2oz and a softer action, a beautiful fish playing rod with plenty of power through the butt and mid section of the rod. The new Aviator Plus 2 and Plus 3 rate progressively more powerful than the std Plus version, made for bigger leads and hitting bigger ranges.

The 13′ 3.5lb Aviator has proved incredibly popular as its capable of casting a 3.5-4oz lead well over 150yds but is not a poker by any means, it has a very nice top third for playing fish, the 13′ Aviator TE is a real animal, if you need to be pushing big leads 200 yds then this is it, an absolute tool of a rod.
